Ik heb voor mijn tablet AVG Pro gekocht en betaald en volgens AGV heb ik geen producten gekocht maar het geld is wel van de rekening! Hoe kan dat?

I bought my tablet AVG pro and paid according AGV I have not bought products but the money is in the account! How is that possible?
