Tablet got locked with Anti-Theft

I have that exact problem on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 GT-N8000 tablet & I can't connect to the internet

It's getting locked from early startup

My Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet LTE tablet has been locked with AVG Anti-Theft and I can't unlock it.

I recently got a new SIM card for my tablet. After turning the device on, I had forgotten about the Anti-Theft and the startup screen came up:
This device is lost or stolen
Please return my device
[email address]

However, I have forgotten the unlock password. Even tried to unlock with the original SIM, to no avail.

Also, my tablet didn't have WiFi, GPS or mobile network switched on before it was locked, so I've also been unable to use the Remote Management commands, as it cannot detect the device. I have tried using the Remote Management many times, still to no avail.

I need help urgently on this problem.
