You have been charged DKK219.00 for the renewal of AVG PC TuneUp (1 Computer) license whose first purchase had auto renewal enabled.
An email notification was sent prior to let you know about this process and the charge that is going to be taken.
We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.
Since you have raised a dispute for this charge by contacting PayPal, we will not be able to proceed further from our end.
If you would like to get it refunded from our end, then contact PayPal and ask them to remove this dispute.
Once they have cancelled it, ask them to send a confirmation email. You can then take a screenshot of it and send it through the email that we have sent from here.
Once we receive that information, will forward it to concern team who can help you with the amount refunded.
