Hi, have opened my device manager and checked the status of my TCP/IP Protocol Driver. There is a yellow exclamation mark by the side and on inspection says 'This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)'

Please help! I purchased the AVG PC Tuneup 15 and ran the maintenance and tune up. All other problems have been fixed except for an issue with "TCP.IP Protocol Driver". I've tried all the fixes I can find on the web but nothing has worked! Any other ideas would be very welcome…tearing my hair out!
