Can’t get a refund for Anti track and driver updater, which was paid for quite awhile back. The tech that tried multiple times said they could not be installed on my system (windows 11) and I should seek a refund, but didn’t transfer me to someone who could help. I’ve tried and tried to navigate the AVG site for a refund and it’s “circular -design” continually sends me back to the start, over and over. Videos I’ve tried show something different, but there seems to be no “Chat-function” at AVG, where one can deal with a human on such issues. I may have to cancel all of my subscriptions to AVG and move to a customer friendly service.
