As with all AVG products, there are countries where AVG SecureVPN cannot be used because of embargoes either by EU or US.
There are countries which have laws or practices which prevent VPN's from being used, which means that there are countries where SecureVPN does not work, or only works sporadically. Any user who tries to use Secure VPN in a country where VPN's are not allowed does so at their own risk, and we cannot guarantee that the service will work.
In following countries we cannot guarantee that the VPN will work right:
China, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Russia, Syria, Turkey, Belarus, North Korea, Turkmenistan, UAE, Oman, Uganda
As you are from Turkey, we request you to try changing the VPN location and check the status. Hope you understand our limitation.
