Temporarily turning off all AVG apps

With Windows 11 the usual right click on the AVG logo to disable Firewall doesn't work… Goes somewhere else. Any solutions? I need to turn off Avg to reinstall iLok manager. ProTools keeps crashing and my workflow is messed up!! Help
