I do not see the same options on the ABG mobile app that I see on my computer. I have sent a screenshot to ABG of what I do see. They never respond.
How do I send a screenshot? I know how to make one, but not how to send it to you.
Exactly how do I post a screenshot in this topic? That was one of the suggestions but no description of how to do it.
Another example, I get an email from AVG with the following in the subject line. "AVG Customer Care Request 16698569". When I reply to that email with the identical subject line I get a message saying that it doesn't recognize the number. This has happened three times. Every time with the same result.
When I do what you suggest, I do not see what you say will show up. There is no mountain symbol, and so far no instructions. I will now click on answer to see if anything happens. Thank you for trying to help me.
