I changed today the sim of my phone and the app "AVG Anti-Theft" locked my phone, first of all the app asked from me password for recovery which I not had, as a result I logged in into my AVG account and I selected the option "unlock", I got a message that specifed to me that the screen is now avaiable, the AVG window Indeed disappears but when I tried to enter my phone, I was asked to give another password that I don't know why, I don't had a password for the phone before it unlocked, I will be happy for advice, thank's! .
