The programs end without command, on their own initiative, when i try to load o save a file

We will look into it.
It's not recommended to have two or more security products on the same device.
Are you able to access those programs when AVG is disabled?
If you haven't tried this step yet, right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, click on toggle bar to disable AVG temporarily.

Good morning.
When I open some programs (eg OpenOffice, AVS4you) when I want to load a file, or save it, the program automatically does nothing and exit without error messages.

What do you know, depends on the antivirus (I have windows10, I have not renewed the native antivirus, norton, but I use only yours)? And if so, do I have to change any setup settings? Delete, and still install all the AVG antivirus?
