The web tune up is disabled and your solution is not working

Hello Douglas,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. Since you have mentioned that you are facing issue with AVG Web Tune up, no need to worry, we are here to help you. We would request you to remove AVG Web Tune up by using our AVG Remover tool. Once it has been removed please try to remove AVG Web Tune up file in Program x86 files on C Drive.
We wish to keep you informed that  AVG Web TuneUp is the free browser add-on and it helps you to browse securely on the Internet. It gets installed only on the default browser of your PC and it is not compatible with the Windows 10 Edge browser and Chrome.
If you have Firefox or Internet explorer as default browser try to install AVG Web Tune up on it.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO ENABLE THE PLUGIN TO DO THE ANTIVIRUS SEARCH. YOUR SOLUTION RE: FIREFOX MENU-ADD-ONS ETC IS NOT WORKING. PLEASE ADVISE ON SOLUTION.

Remover and Download:
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link:  http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-reinstall-AVG
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
4)Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
Note : Please use the AVG Remover tool mentioned on the article to uninstall the AVG program more effectively.
