Let me help you with this. Are you unable to log into AVG My Account to activate AVG Ultimate? If so, please be informed that there is no license number for AVG Ultimate and it is activated using AVG My Account credentials. To activate AVG Ultimate in your PC, please follow the steps mentioned below:
- Please open AVG PC TuneUp and click on 'Go to Zen' button at top left corner of it. It will open AVG dashboard.
- Click on your email address at top right corner.
- Then select 'Leave this network' option and confirm it by clicking on 'Leave' button.
- Click Connect at the top-right of the screen, then click Log into an existing account.
- Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG My Account during the purchase, then click Log In.
The AVG Ultimate should get reactivated in your PC.

I have a number of issues. It seems there is no way of talking to avg by email support or live online chat.
I recently tried to update my subscription. first off ive paid full price and the pop up on my pc says its half price, see 449000 rp should be 224500 rp
The main issue is I cant update my subscription, when I login and logout again in the software on my laotop to update it, for some reason is screws with my wifi adapter and stops it working, so I wanted to try and update it with a licence key, then I tried to login to my account online and I got this message 'There is a problem with your request. The information you submitted has already been used' I really need to talk to someone its all very frustrating
