We do not process any unauthorized charges without intimating our customers. Usually we do send pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry.
We believe that we have located the charge but it is registered under a different e-mail address. We sent you an e-mail requesting few details to verify the account identity. If the e-mail is not found in your inbox, do check your spam/junk folders as well.

they charged me an avg service if my concent , I can find where to claim the cancellation of the debit of 13.36 dollars, which does not authorize.
