This is embarasing

Hi,
I've already done this numerous times, uninstalling and reinstalling, this cures it forat most a couple of times and it reoccurs. Also it does not start up when the computer is initialy turned on yet it si set up to start on set up.

This is the message that now appearrs, and it is almost evrytime I open VPN, when the VPN fails to open.
