This product was already activated with another account

I have installed AVG in two other computers, I bought a new computer for my son and I just cannot install AVG in this new computer, I introduce my email and password then when I introduce the code to activate the product it says that it was already activated with another account. It is the same email I used originally a few months ago to activate the product in our other two computers. The product package says that it is for unlimited devices/All your devices One price. How can I install it? and Is there any phone number I can talk to a real person?
