Threat blocked INSTALLFLASHPLAYER.EXE

I clicked on move to quarantine but over an hour later the bar is still moving backwards and forwards but has not completed the move. How can I resolve this? If I uninstall AVG will that solve it or will that leave the threat behind?

This seems to be unusual. May I know the version of AVG Internet Security/AVG AntiVirus free on your PC? To check its version, open AVG > Menu > About.
