So far so good. I'll let you know if it comes back, and since the other computer was having the same issue, I'll try this on there and see if it works.
Each time I open my internet browser, I get a popup in the center of my screen from AVG that a threat was detected and secured - I'm putting a screenshot of the message below. I ran both a regular and a deep scan (it found the threat in my backup profile of firefox and quarantined it, but otherwise came up clean - nothing in the regular firefox profile), but it still appears. The message also came up on my mother's computer (which is also running AVG). It did not happen this morning, only this afternoon. What should I do now?

Okay, J Ko.
I appreciate your efforts. This issue should be fixed in our recent update. Make sure that you have AVG 18.7.
Let us know if you need further assistance, we work round the clock.
Odd, I can see it. I'll try to post the screenshot again, but if it doesn't post, it's the HTML:ChaseBank-A [Phish] that other people also seem to be having an issue with. The aborted connection/url is 73.174.116.108 and was detected by the Web Shield. It's not on a particular webpage, it was when I clicked the 'restore previous session' button in Firefox. The same happened on my mother's computer (exact same screenshot).
