Threat message - powershell.exe infected IDP.HELU.PLN47

An AVG "Threat" message continuously pops up saying powershell.exe is infected with IDP.HELU.PLN47, but this threat is never removed by AVG Anti-virus scans.  Checking AVG Community shows that many similar issues have been reported, but no solutions are reported where I can find them by AVG Experts.  What do you suggest I do to remove this annoying "threat"?

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, Ron.

To further look into this, we request you to submit the detected file for false-positive analysis using this link.
Once you've submitted the file for false-positive analysis, our concerned team will analyze the file. If found harmless, they'll whitelist it right away and update the status via email.
If the file gets whitelisted, your will not receive the recurring threat message again.
Thank you for understanding in advance!

We're sorry for the inconvenience caused, Ron.

A False-positive detection is when AVG detects a safe file as a threat.
To check whether the detection made by AVG is a false detection, we request you to submit the detected "powershell.exe" file for AVG false positive analysis.
If the file has been analyzed and found to be harmless, our concerned team will update our virus definitions database and then AVG Internet Security will not longer detect the "powershell.exe" file as a threat. Then, you will not receive the recurring AVG threat message again.
Please follow the below steps to submit the detected file for false-positive analysis:

  1. Visit this link (https://www.avg.com/false-positive-file-form).
  2. Enter your email address and fill in the issue description.
  3. Click on "Choose file".
  4. Navigate to the path where "powershell.exe" file is located and select it.
  5. Once you've selected the "powershell.exe" file, click on "Open".
  6. Click on the "I'm not a robot" captcha.
  7. Then, click on "Submit".

Thank you for understanding in advance!

The "Threat" message only appears at Start-up followed by about 10 Powershell.exe screens which quickly disappear as the computer completes boot-up.  The "Threat" alert must be closed at least once and occasionally multiple times.  The screenshot follows:

Sorry, but I have no idea what "detected file" for "false-positive analysis" means, so I  cannot supply what you are requesting.  From previous posts, it appears that this problem is a common one for AVG but is not often resolved.  How does "whitelisting" ensure that I no longer receive this annoying threat message and what does a "detected file" and  "false positive analysis" have to do with it?  Frankly, after many years with AVG, perhaps I need to change to a different company for my internet security?
