Updating Virus definitions and AVG AntiVirus application version
Hi Hari,
Thank you for your reply. I receive the pop-up when I start or restart my computer, once I close the window, it does not appear again until the next time I turn off my computer and turn it back on again.
The operating system is Windows 10.
I'm not sure if you can see the screenshot I attached but I will try again.

Why does this keep popping up? I have tried to track it down via the path mentioned but can't find anything. This has been popping up every time I start/restart my computer for the past few days and it's really annoying. Please help me understand what it is, how to get rid of it and how to avoid it in the future. Thanks!
Thank you for sharing the screenshot, Tolga.
From your description, we assume that this could be a false detection made by AVG Internet Security.
Let's repair your AVG Internet Security & check if the issue persists.
Refer to this article to repair your AVG Internet Security.
After the repair, restart your computer & check for the issue.
Keep us updated.
Thank you for writing back to us, Tolga.
In this case, we'd recommend that you restore the detected file from the AVG Quarantine folder and then submit it for false-positive analysis.
Refer to this article for detailed instructions to restore files from Quarantine.
I can't actually restore it because it does not appear there.
Hi Nisha, by URL are you saying just the screenshot I posted above? I will go ahead and do that now then. I can't even track down the launchgame.exe that it states in the screenshot I posted above because AVG keeps deleting it so I won't be able to upload it to the website you provided.
Thanks,
Tolga
We're sorry to know that, Tolga.
In order to resolve this, we've sent you an email instruction to get our additional support.
Please do check & revert to us.
We appreciate your effort, Tolga.
We'd suggest you upload the URL to our website for false-positive analysis. Click the below link to upload the URL to our website.

After analysis, our team will be able to confirm whether this is safe or not.
If it is safe, it will be added to our virus definitions database and the popup won't appear.
The status will be informed to you via email.
We request your patience.
