Threat secured popups continuously

Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I continuously have AVG Threat Secured popups since I have installed Outlook 2010.  I cannot stop them apprearing in settings.  
I have tried repairing AVG and this has not helped.  

Please advise
