Threat: URL:FakeShop

Hello David,
Thank you for contacting AVG Community Support.
We understand that you want to report the false postive for a website (kimsbeautyexpress.com). We'll certainly check and help you out.
A false positive is any clean file flagged as malicious. False positives may sometimes occur in any antivirus software because of new virus definitions being added to the application database.
AVG file whitelisting is a service provided mainly to software developers to reduce the risk of false positive detections.
If your website is incorrectly flagged as malicious, you can report this using the Report a suspected false positive webform (https://www.avg.com/en-ww/report-false-positive#pc).
When you submit application files/URL to the AVG Threat Labs, a group of analysts review the software for malicious or unwanted activity.
If determined clean, the submitted file/URL is moved to our set of approved files to ensure it is no longer flagged as malicious.
AVG reserves the right to refuse to whitelist any application.
If you have any queries, do let us know.
Thank you and keep us updated.

One of my Clients customer's just got this FakeShop alert when trying to navigate to my Client's online business kimsbeautyexpress.com.

It is not a fake shop, but a good business.  What is the criteria for your software to scare the Life out of shopping at kimsbeautyexpress.com
How does one get onto your "whitelist"?

David
