Threats cannot be removed

Hi Kishore,

I have downloaded AVG 2015 and it has removed other threats successfully. Does that mean this issue will not be resolved using AVG?

Hi,

I'm quite concernced there are 2 threats that cannot be removed after I run a scan. The sound on my microsoft surface pro has been disabled and when I leave it for too long the computer goes to sleep and doesn't turn back on.

Does anyone have any advice they can offer on this situation?

Hello Marina, I would like to let you know that there is no AVG products currently available for the Microsoft Surface pro. Could you please let us know what is the name of the software with which you performed the scan? Thank you. Kishore, AVG Technical Support.
