Threats not resolving

Hi Liz,

We're glad to look into this & help you.
As we're uncertain about the exact file that is been detected, would you be so kind to share us the screenshot of it?
Also, let us know what happens while attempting to remove them. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it as well.

The screenshot hasn't worked so I have copied the text for the two threats, which may be more useful??
"General behavioral detection, C:\WINDOWS\SOFTWAREDISTRIBUTION\DOWNLOAD\INSTALL\MPSIGSTUB.EXE";"Unresolved";"11/08/2019, 15:54:54";"File or Directory";""
"General behavioral detection, C:\WINDOWS\SOFTWAREDISTRIBUTION\DOWNLOAD\INSTALL\MPSIGSTUB.EXE";"Unresolved";"19/08/2019, 17:51:39";"File or Directory";""

Does that help? Many thanks

AVG has identified two threats but was unable to resolve them. In the software analyzer report it says I can select and remove them, but this isn't working either. What do I do?

Many thanks Dinesh,

nothing happens when i click on the removal buttons. I don't get any error messages either. Here is the screenshot.

We appreciate your efforts in sharing us the screenshot, Liz. Upon checking them, we see that you're using an older version of AVG. This could be the cause. The older version might not have the latest patches applied to it.

In this regard, we suggest you to perform a clean installation.
To do so, follow the steps in the below articles :
Uninstall AVG program using AVG Remover
Install AVG Free Antivirus
Note : You can skip running AVG Clear during the uninstallation process & exclude installation of Google Chrome browser while installing AVG Free (step 4 in the installation article)
Please reinstall the program & then scan your computer for any threats.
