Have you tried to disable each AVG program and then check which AVG program is causing this issue?

I just purchased AVG Ultimate and downloaded and installed all the applications. One of them is blocking my file icons from previewing thumbnail images of PDFs and image files (JPG, PNG). Additionally, the image files don't even show up in the preview pane when I select them, but the PDFs do. Strangely, this seems to only be happening for the files that are linked to OneDrive. The files stored in Dropbox show the way they did before I installed AVG. Is there something I need to do in OneDrive to enable viewing? Lastly, I used to be able to take screenshot by clicking ctrl+F10, and it would automatically upload to a Screenshot folder in Dropbox, but that no longer works. Even when I turn of VPN, the issues that I just described persist. Can anyone help me fix this? Thanks in advance!
