I bought the AVG Ultimate/unlimited devices. It installed fine on my Windows 10 laptop, but failed on my Windows 7-Ultimate desktop. I am getting the error code "0Xe00100a9"
I called support and after couple of attempts to allow remote log in, and few times of running the remover from Install AVG on your PC, Mac | AVG installation files, nothing worked.
How do I track my ticket?

Same problem. I tried both Firebox and Explorer, it downloaded the same file. Once I ran it, it dislayed the hourglass and "connecting" but never connected.

Thank you for confirming the issue.
Did you check for any prompt appearance while connecting to remote?
It will ask you to allow permission for taking remote access.
Also if there are huge volumes it will ask you to stay with the chat window until a remote expert gets connected.
We request you to try connecting again from a different browser and let us know the status of it.

Once I got the AVG window, it said "connecting" but never get connected. I disabled all firewalls and have a 50MB/s Internet connection.
