Hello! I use AVG Antivirus free. I wanted to try full protection (AVG Internet security), designed a free version for 60 days, but the confirmation did not come. I decided that an error occurred and did not conduct a request. At that time I did not have an account on the site, I made out a trial purchase from the program from a computer. Today I received a message about an attempt to list payment for a subscription renewal, which I did not confirm. Probably the subscription took place, but an email about it did not come. How to cancel a subscription? If there are no purchases in the new account, and the management console is not installed on the computer.
Another question, if the payment of this license does not occur, the renewal will be disabled / canceled automatically.
