I have a similar problem. Ever since the avg secure vpn was upgrated a couple of weeks ago i can't access any websites. Only way to use pc is to turn off the vpn. So its no use to me - money back please or advise me how to rectify.

I have used AVG since it was a free virus protector, years ago. I recently purchased an all inclusive product from AVG and now I am very frustrated. I am blocked from more sites than not, it seems! I have added websites to "allow" and still get stopped from places I want to visit. It's not even easy for me to find the place to list allowable websites. Doesn't AVG know a legit website from a fishing or fake website? The website for the company I work for that has been i business for 30 years was blocked, Some legit stores that I want to patronize are blocked. It should be as easy as "yes I trust this site" and let me in!! Sometimes I have to turn off all protection in order to do an important task, so what's the point? Regretting my purchase.
