I receive an email of the request of the amount of money that is unfair as pay (annual subscription) handling without being concerned though I canceled automatic update before the end of the free term of a contract when it is a contract (free trial of 60 days) by the free virus measures software to have contracted your product. When the purpose of this contract is acquisition of the free anti-virus software, and the use as the paid version respects your repayment policy which is not the real intention and does it with pay handling, I require the return of the rate.

Hello koremasa,

We have checked your account and found that you have been subscribed to AVG Secure VPN,AVG Tune Up, AVG Internet Security trial version order. We donot charge for trial version product. Hence no charge was made for you under that account.

We have also cancelled your subscription (automatic renewal) for above AVG trial version order. Hence license will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account for the renewal. You will be informed about the expiration of your license in time to purchase a license renewal before your AVG expires.
