Total lack of support

If so, please wake up the program from the sleep mode.

Open AVG TuneUp -> Speed Up -> background & startup programs -> You will find an option stated as "sleeping"

If you find the 365 program in the list, please wake it up.

I have now managed to retrive the information and had a technician look into it. After an hour he gave up - he couldn't fix it, although he has admitted that TuneUp was clearly responsible, that there was something "wrong" with what it had done, and not only are my programmes damaged (and he doesn't know why) by he also had to fix my Internet Security because something had gone wrong with that. I have kept copies of these statements. I still have a computer that is about as much use as a chocolate teapot. He is supposed to escalating the issue - let's see whether I ever hear from you again. Meanwhile this is impacting on many personal and work issues, and I have no intention of letting this drop. I have cancelled TuneUp, which will never be used on any computer of mine again, and as things stand when my other subscriptions lapse, I will have to seriously consider whether I want to use AVG again. There are plenty of other options, many of which come with proper customer support. And if this does not get fixed, I shall be taking the matter further as it is costing me time and money.

I shall update this thread to tell other customers whether the service I get resolves the problems that you have caused.

The progress is non-existent. I think you are struggling to understand. In really don't care about YOUR disappointment when I have to contact you multiple times. I paid you for a service and it has destroyed my computer. Disappoint ent doesn't cover my position. FOUR DAYS NOW.

I have been a long time user of AVG Anti-Virus. Decided to add a VPN. All fine, But then had an offer to include / add Tune-up and decided to take it. I ran it once today after downloading it. The minute it ran my office 365 stopping working and all I got was a message saying it was damaged and needed reinstalling. It won't reinstall - something is preventing it. Nothing has changed about the computer EXCEPT AVG Tune-Up. I phoned for help to a useless call centre in India which offered me a free technical fix then promptly hung up the telephone line. I have now tried to get a refund of my purchase but it won't let me even do that as I need my purchase order which is on the email that is IN OUTLOOK and OUTLOOK ISN'T WORKING because AVG Tune-Up has done something to Office 365. 

I am now reporting it to my credit card and will be taking legal advice on the costs involved in fixing my computer - unless AVG contact me and fix this. There isn't even a help line that works. I shall be cancelling everything AVG too - after years of using the Anti-Virus I am now without my desktop, and without access to work. Way to go for a rubbish service

Well I think it's fairly obvious that when Office 365 was working the second before I ran the scan, nothing else changed, and then it won't work and I can't even get it to reinstall. And now AVG TuneUP is ALSO not responding - it won't open at all. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it's a duck. AVG TuneUP has done something and now even it won't work.

Which bit of "Microsoft Office including Outlook doesn't now work" did you not understand? How am I supposed to collect an email when my email programme does not work?
