I have paid for a year subscription for my Phone Protection including Anti-Theft. I have tried to log into https://myaccount.avg.com/gb-en/my-account-orders to check my subscription and trace my phone. The webpage states I don't have any subscriptions. The AVG Pro app is installed successfully.
Saying sorry is not helping me. I have already checked just about all tabs on AVG My Account. My subscription relates to my android phone which is working fine, not the Internet account. It seems, I need to use my phone to track to tell me it's in my hand. so what is the point of paying extra to have AVG Pro with anti-theft installed.
