We apologize for the inconvenience. It seems that instead of free version you have trial version of AVG installed. To fix this issue, we suggest you to uninstall AVG trial from your computer and install the AVG Free from this link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/Antivirus_Free_1817.exe to fix this issue.

I used AVG free for several years, till recently I got the 30 day free trail. When the trial expired it will not let me access AVG to scan my computer for viruses. The scan is running but I cannot see it, when I click it Another screen pop up and says "your internet security trail has expired-Buy now" I dont want to buy. I prefer using AVG free. whats causes this "loop"
