Do you mean you failed to enter the 'Payment reference number' while paying? If yes, we'd request to contact your bank and request a payment reversal.

I've bought Ultimate and made the transfer without transfer referential number.
My money is now gone and I didn't get no license - what can be done about it?
I don't want (can't) wait over 20 days for the transaction to be cancelled - this is riddiculous.
