You have purchased the license for both AVG Internet Security and PC Tuneup product.
Your AVG my account status is also active. Could you explain what is the exact error that you get while logging into AVG my account?
To install AVG Internet Security, follow the steps as mentioned (here).
To install AVG PC TuneUp, follow the steps as mentioned (here).
We have sent an email with the license detail. If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

My old laptop is dead and buried and I am trying to get my AVG account brought up on new laptop but failing miserably - please can anyone advise how to activate AVG on new laptop.
