Hello Kimberly,
I am sorry to hear that you are unable to activate AVG Internet Security in your new PC. To activate AVG Internet Security, please open AVG->Antivirus->Menu->About->Select 'Subscriptions' tab in right top corner->Click on “Enter license” ->Fill the license number and click “ ENTER LICENSE”->Update will start automatically. Then AVG Internet Security will get activated in your PC.

I have a new computer and have tried to transfer the accounts but it shows that I just have a trial subscription
