How do I transfer my avg licence to a new laptop? I have downloaded the trial version but there is no place to put my licence number in. My current subscription does not expire until the end of the year.

Thank you for the screen shot. We are sorry to hear that you are unable to find the "option" to activate it. It seems that you have already installed the AVG Zen in your computer. Please follow the below steps to activate the AVG Internet Security Unlimited:
1. Open the AVG Zen and then click on the email address in the top right corner.
2. Then click on "logout from the AVG Zen network".
3. Then click on the same place and then click "leave the AVG Zen network".
4. Now, please click "connect" at the top-right of the interface, then click Log into an existing account.
5. Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG My Account during the purchase, then click Log In.
Now the AVG Internet Security Unlimited will be successfully activated in your computer. if you still face any issues, please feel free to get back to us. We will be happy to help you further.

there is no "Option" for selection to enter the licence number

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Not to worry we will definitely help you with it. Upon checking your account we see that you have downloaded a different AVG Program. We request you to remove it completely using our AVG Clear tool : https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe and then reinstall the AVG Internet Security from this link: http://avgread.me/1DXPL5z

this did not help, all it did was change the expiry date back to 30 days and I now do not have full protection.
