Yes, if you still have old PC working then it is recommended to uninstall AVG program from it.

During installation, it will show you window to enter AVG my account credentials. You have to click on "Enter license" option to get the screen for entering the license. If you get it, enter the license purchased and complete the installation.

For activating your AVG Password protection (1 year subscription), open AVG Internet Security dashboard, click on small "HOME" icon to get AVG main user interface.
On main interface, click on connect at top and select "Log into existing account" for entering AVG my account credentials.
Once logged in, you will get password protection activated.

I have purchased a new computer to replace my old one. I know I can transfer my licences to the new machine and that I simply download AVG to my new machine.
Mt question is: Do I have to uninstall AVG on my old machine first?
