Hi There Wiser,

My PC after latest Window 10 auto updated, been knock out.

Dell support send someone to replace the HDD, and install  it with Windows8, the HDD now call admin, the former one is BPBH.

How to get back my AVG anti virus account to this new HDD, the old HDD name BPBH had been taken back by Dell service personal.

Please help me.
