A comprehensive Ultimate package was installed on my old computer, in April 2018. I wish to transfer to, or install the same package on, this new Acer computer. Ive tried to do this using the countless on-line downloads but Im getting no-where!
Can you do this remotely please, as youve done before?<br>Im a distinctly elderly fellow, not a computer wiz kid, so go slowly please !!!
PS I`ve paid for your remote help. Should I continue down that route,perhaps?
