May I know what is the exact error that you received while installing your AVG Internet Security program?
My AVG security still has 18 months to run but unfortunately but my lap top gave up !!! I am now using a reconditioned one until my new one arrives …with protection on it ! I would like to transfer the AVG to this lap top for my grandson to use but so far haven't managed to do it !! Can anyone help please. Thank you

I hope my problem is resolved !! I went into the AVG icon on the front screen where,when opened, it showed not prtotected but could update , I did press to update but cancelled half way through as I thought i had better check I would not be charged but hey ho … now showing two icons on front screen and when opened stating I am fully protected !!!
My order number is 703-1720800 and I do have the license number. Is there anyway i can check it has just transferred and I will not be charged? Hope this makes sense !!!
