Transforming AVG Tune up to new hard drive

Hello Glenn. Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Could you please let me know the name of AVG PC Tune up setup file that you are running or the link from which you are downloading the software?

Greetings to all : First timer,so please be gentle!! Having problems transforming my Tune Up to my new hard drive. Old hard drive is dust and is of no use. Asked for and received verifacation of license number and product key from AVG customer support. This was after inputting both and being told they couldn't find anything under that license #,  and that the product key was invalid. There email confirmed I was using the right numbers{and letters}, and suggested I look for typo's,paying attention to "zero's vs. O's", " i's vs.I's vs L's and 1's". Ok,not being the greatest typest I gave them that one,and carefully went thru the process two more times with the same results, being refused and sent back to the beginning. On my third attempt I used Copy and Paste to input the license and product key from the email exactly as they had sent it to me. Not good enough! I still want to give them the benifit of doubt and assume I'm doing something wrong,so I'm throwing myself on the mercy of the court! Am I? I'm still running XP Home with service pack's 2 and 3 on a HP Pavilian PC Pentium 4 with 2 gigs of DDR. Hard drive is 320 gig with nothing on it except the OS. I've been sucessful in loading and transferring everthing except AVG Tune Up. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you and apoligies for being so long winded, just trying to avoid the dreded "What the h**l are you talking about?" reply.
