Hi people, I do not know if I am stupid or what? Maybe some of you can help me answering my question directly or other suffered the same.
i have been purchasing products from this AVAST BRAND, then AVG, then from Digital River, then other selling companies for the same products. Moreover I purchased one product an then appears a new offer, and another, and another. So I got sick of it, and ask for refunds trying to cancel.
But it is so complicated that I am tired. Tired because I have sent several e nails with Bank Statements with the charges… never reimburse any dollar.
cancelling is a exhausting process. I am trying to get any help or support from you or I should talk to my lawyer to see what we can do.
Any suggestion is very well welcomed
