We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Do you have any older version of AVG PC Tuneup installed on your PC? Please run tuneup remover tool ( http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe ) and then try to install PC Tuneup. Thank you.
