I appear to have gotten a Trojan Backdoor virus. It has disabled AVG 2015. I have tried to uninstall it and can't. I have used AVG Remover and the AVG files are there. I have tried to run Microsoft Security Essentials from the CD drive and I can't install it on the hard drive. When I try to log into my bank information, I get a screen that is asking me for all of my personbal information which I know is not from my bank. I need help.
