Hello Avinash,
Thanks for the quick answer.
I do not think this is a good solution as my computer AVG programme updates several times a day which I believe keeps me on a par with current protection.
As I have full AVG protection for four computers for another two and a half months, I purchased two year cover, I do not feel that having to buy more protection before my two year period ends is encouraging.
Am I to understand that my present cover is now inadequate or not up to keeping me safe?
Rose
Following scheduled scans and manual scans I keep getting Trojan horse Generic_r.FCF. which is then removed by AVG.
It returns on every scan and usually lists 7-9 programes where it has been found.
Could anyone please advise how to get rid of this permanently as I am afraid to use computer for most things. Husband's lap top has also got this same problem.
We both have AVG 2013 installed.
Thanks for reading.
