The company I work for had tech support scan my computer with their antivirus/malware remover. That program found a few trojan horse viruses, but was unable to remove them and clean my computer for some reason. I loaded and paid for AVG today, ran the scan and it found no instances of THV. Computer is still running strangely, freezing, not shutting down all the time. I got the Internet Security program and the Tune Up Program. They changed nothing on my computer. It is still doing the exact same things. Now I find that I can't get a refund on a program that does not work. I'm not very happy. Now I have to wait for two weeks still trying to work so I can afford a different program. This is kind of a crappy policy for people to pay for something that does absolutely nothing to help their computer. So, I'm out @$70 for absolutely nothing. How is this legal?
