Hi Alicia,
I recommend changing all passwords from security reasons.
Thanks
Soo, all started when I watched a clip on youtube on how to get an demo of a game i've wanted for a long time. So, in the comment section all were like " it worked " and like " Thanks man ! Now I can finally try this game for free " Yeah, u get it. Then I clicked on the link, a download came up. Stupid as I am, I trusted it and downloaded. It took less than 1 second so I was like " Whaaat? " but I thought it was an setup or something. Then I opened it. Nothing happened. Opened it again, nothing happened… And just to be clear, I've bought ALOT of stuff on the internet, so my personal information is not so safe… ;( whatever, Then I go on youtube to check what the problem could be, then for some reason steam opened… I just thought it was an update, so I continued to watch the video. Then after 10 minutes, my cursor started to move, without me touching it… I was sooo scared. Then the person controlling it, started to look in my steam inventory for things he could take. I opened avg and started to scan. Happily, the hacker saw my inventory full of… Nothing… So he probably quit or something. Then my avg scan was done. It said " 1 file detected, trojan psw virus " or something… Then it said " You are fully protected " and then I closed my computer. .
Is there any chance that this hacker could still get my information and remote my pc? Cuz if it is so… My dad will get sooo mad at me
I recommend changing all passwords from security reasons.
Thanks
