"FixMeStick" found a virus 3 times in Safe Surf. Safe surf then works good for a few days and then computer starts straining and running hot and the virus is back.
After the 3rd virus removal - safe surf reads that "connecting" but it doesn't and no error code. I have uninstalled with ag removal tool and reinstalled and same problem. Thank you for you assistance.

Issue still persists. Followed your reinstall instructions, but same problem - stuck in the connecting mode, does not connect. Computer strains and gets hot trying to connect. Thank you for your assistance.
