Upon carefully reviewing your account, I see that you have purchased AVG Performance and AVG Internet Security in your pc. Since you have upgraded your operating system you need to remove all the traces of AVG from your pc using AVG remover tool and then reinstall AVG back in your pc to get your issue fixed.
To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :

Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Internet Security and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
To install AVG Performance in your pc please click on the following link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Performance_803.exe
To install AVG Internet Security please click on the following link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Internet_Security_742.exe
Also the license number for AVG Internet Security have been sent to your registered email id.

I upgraded to windows 10 3 months ago. I hads previoiusly had a two year subscription with Internet Security with one year to run. I have been trying on and off for months to reinstall my licensed product and continue to receive the following error codes:

PLEASE help. I am about to give up but feel as I have a year to run on my subscription AVG has a duty of care to ensure that I can continue use as promised when you sold me the product.
