I am using AVG Anti-Virus Free, version 24.5.9153.844, on a laptop running Windows 11.
For some reason, the software will not "remember" that my private home Wi-Fi network should be "trusted" - so that my computer does not show up on other computers on this network. Instead, I have to go into the software everyday and manually "trust" the network; then my computer shows up on other network computers, etc.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Another computer on the network is also running AVG Anti-Virus Free, on a Windows 10 OS, and that computer "remembers" that the network should be "trusted" without ever having to manually fix that. Is there perhaps a registry setting that needs to be changed?
Any ideas/suggestions/leads would be appreciated!
