Trying to access Ark Survival and it is blocking all ability to see any servers

Only thing that works completely is turning off the enhanced firewall.  Have tried all the tips I can find to add the game to the exception list and it is works for a gaming session then I have to try and troubleshoot it all over again.  Any have ideas?
